Cancelling a booking

You can cancel a booking free of charge up to the cut-off confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations made after this point, or missed pickups, may be subject to a charge.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Business account charges are handled through the agreed invoicing process.

Driver-side cancellations

If Hatters Cars needs to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange or refund the journey.
