Our position

Hatters Cars operates a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, threatening or violent behaviour towards our drivers, staff or other passengers.

What this means

Drivers may end a journey where a passenger's behaviour puts safety at risk. Serious incidents may be reported to the police and could result in a passenger being refused future bookings.
