Our commitment

Hatters Cars takes the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults seriously across our education, care and assisted-travel journeys.

Driver checks

Drivers undertaking this work are subject to appropriate background checks (including enhanced DBS checks where required) before being assigned to safeguarding-sensitive journeys.

Concerns

Any safeguarding concern raised by a passenger, parent, carer or organisation is taken seriously and handled promptly by our team, escalated to the relevant authority where required.

This statement will be expanded with our full safeguarding policy and named safeguarding lead ahead of launch.
